This is our easy return policy which you will get with every purchase. At ShapewearUSA.com, we believe that every customer has the right to be satisfied with their purchase and we will do our best to provide you with courtesy, respect, and appreciation to continue to do business with us and therefore we offer to all customers. You have 90 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for refund or exchange.
90-Day Free Exchanges!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product up to 90 days for another one, be it similar or not. If the items vary in price, we will contact you for payment. We exchange for free. Shipping label costs back to us will need to be covered by the customer. We offer free shipping of your exchange items. (Some restrictions apply* - see terms and conditions)
Items marked as Final Sale Clearance are not refundable or exchangeable.

If you choose to return the product(see terms and conditions). You can return a product for up to 90 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items that have ripped off tags or no tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please keep the receipt.
Items returned after 14 days of being received by the customer we will be refunded as store credit. When you receive your items, please inspect them, and follow the directions below to request a refund, exchange or store credit.
You must contact us to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back to us.

Include your order number, items you want to return, and any additional notes so we can process your return accurately and in a timely manner. Items that appear worn will not be accepted. Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount(no exceptions). If you have any questions about submitting a return, please contact us.
Before returning an item.
Prior to returning an item please be sure your items meet the conditions listed above. You must contact us or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back to us. Returns shipped without prior authorization (RMA #) will not be processed.

Items returned after 14 days of being received by the customer we will be refunded as store credit. Items marked as Final Sale Clearance are not refundable or exchangeable. Exchange 2 times for free, additional exchanges will cost $9.95 additional per order. Free exchanges do not cover international shipping or shipping label costs back to us. Items that have ripped off tags or no tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange. For orders over $300, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee. Items must be shipped back in brand new condition. Items that appear worn will not be accepted. You must contact us to receive an RMA number before shipping back your items. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our criteria. Shipping costs to and from the customer are non-refundable and will be deducted for any issued refunds. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. If you do not see your refund on your credit card statement, then please contact us. Returns shipped without prior authorization (Return Merchandise Authorization #) will not be processed.
