After our team fulfills your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Download the Route mobile app for iOS or Android to easily track your package and get real-time delivery updates.

If your Route-protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen, our expert support team will assist in getting your preferred replacement or refund. Claims are typically reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days.

Once you've used Route's services and your package(s) have been delivered successfully, you cannot request a refund for this insurance.

Refunds: When processing a refund, Route includes coverage for the item's subtotal, shipping, and taxes. However, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.

Reorders: Route will initiate reorders based on item availability. If certain items are unavailable, they will be refunded. Route will cover all costs associated with reorders, including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

Marked Delivered (Stolen):
Claims will undergo review within a range of 5 to 15 calendar days from the delivery mark. Please be aware that certain order issues may necessitate a filed police report.

Stuck In Transit (Lost):
Claims will be assessed within a time frame ranging from 2 to 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing period is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged Package or Items:
Claims for damaged items necessitate photographic evidence of both packaging and item(s) and must be initiated no later than 15 calendar days from the delivery mark.
