After our team fulfills your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Download the Shop App mobile app for iOS or Android to easily track your package and get real-time delivery updates.

If your Package protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen, our expert support team will assist in getting your replacement or refund. Claims are typically reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days.

Once you've used Package Protection services and your package(s) have been delivered successfully, you cannot request a refund for this protection.

Package Replacement: Our customer service team will initiate reorders based on item availability. If certain items are unavailable, they will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card. We will cover all costs associated with reorders, including shipping, taxes, and Shipping Protection. If you decline reordering you will receive a gift card without expiration.

Marked Delivered (Stolen):
Claims will undergo review within a range of 5 to 15 calendar days from the delivery mark. Please be aware that certain order issues may necessitate a filed police report.

Stuck In Transit (Lost):
Claims will be assessed within a time frame ranging from 2 to 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing period is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged Package or Items:
Claims for damaged items necessitate photographic evidence of both packaging and item(s) and must be initiated no later than 15 calendar days from the delivery mark.
