I have used sizing chart and ordered an XL based on this. Thinking it would fit just right, took off the tags and threw away the packaging and of course it does not fit right. I am average body type slightly curvy and I have a normal waist. The top part fits very tight, and the bottom portion is way too loose on the thighs. I have never purchased a compression garment that fit this way. Now I am stuck with this and no use for it

This garment has great support. The only problem is around the shoulders, it doesn't have support, on the shoulders, the clips bothers and it's very uncomfortable and wearing it 24/7 after surgery can be very painful.

I purchased this shaper in beige 4xl I'm 5ft5 220 . The first time I put it on was a real struggle but after one hand wash it seemed to fit much better. I have been wearing it regularly the past 2 months and just bought my second one in black. It does not roll down on my waist the legs don't roll up like so many that I have had before. I'm convinced it takes 15lbs off of me. I can wear it from early morning to evening. Very well made and has a classic look to it. My husband has commented on several occasions that the lace in the panel and on the legs gives it a more appealing look than all of my other shapers I wear. And most important I love how I look in it. I highly recommend this panty girdle its a game changer

For reference, I am 5'0" and 139 pounds. Over the past decade, I've tried many different types of shapewear, but none have achieved what this one has. My biggest struggle has always been my love handles. In certain clothing, my love handles make it seem like I have a rectangular shape, even though without them I'd probably have a slight curvature to my frame. Because of this, I haven't been able to wear tight-fitting clothes, which sucks because I love bodycon dresses. This shapewear was an absolute game-changer, completely cinching my waist! I've tried many other products that claim to do the same, but none have made this drastic of a difference.
Honestly I think this did a lot more for my waist to hip ratio than it did for my butt. Wasn't looking for any help in that department anyway so I'm definitely not complaining. Still made my butt a look a little rounder but no super crazy lift.
The other thing I really liked was that it was completely unnoticeable under most clothing.
The size chart is accurate! I ordered the XS, although the S would have probably been a more comfortable fit. The XS is difficult to get past my thighs, but it sure gets the job done. I'm going to order a small one too, just to compare but chances are I'll probably keep wearing the XS.
