Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and offer a perfect fit guarantee. You have up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit. If there's ever a problem, we'll make it right! 


  • Due to health regulations - USED products with MISSING TAGS OR PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • If you don't absolutely love our shapewear, we will take it back unworn and with tags attached for exchange or store credit
  • Items must be unworn, free of scents and marks with all tags still attached, and shipped back in their original packaging
  • Any garment returned used with missing tags or damaged packaging will not be eligible for returns and will be shipped back to you at your own expense
  • Items marked as Final Sale Clearance are not returnable or exchangeable


  • Make sure the product is brand new, with tags, or original packaging or your return will be denied
  • If your product is used or does not have packaging or tags it will be sent back at your expense
  • We'll issue your store credit as a gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.

RETURN PACKAGING (PLEASE BE MINDFUL: Place shipping labels correctly)

  • Some customers have been sending products, with shipping labels directly on the shapewear box - please don't do this
  • Please remember to put the shipping label on the outermost plain packaging, not directly on the item or items branded packaging
  • Also please be sure to use the correct packaging, (do not re-use priority mail packages unless the return label is a priority mail label)
  • Recommended packaging: a poly mailer, paper mailer envelope, or a plain small box. If you are not sure about what type of packaging to use, please contact support or start a live chat.

Exchanges are processed as soon as your original item is shipped back. Store credits are processed as soon as your item reaches the warehouse. Store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used forever. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels for exchanges, and store credits will be generated automatically at customer expense.

In the event that you didn’t receive the item or received the wrong item please contact us immediately. All returns must be processed using our easy return system. If there is a customer error in filling out the form, we can manually process the return but there is a 10% fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To start a return, you'll need to request a return authorization (RA) first. You can do this by visiting our return portal at and filling out the return request form, or by contacting us. We can only process your return once you have completed this step. Returns without a prior return authorization will not be processed.


For our international shipping customers, please submit a return request through our contact us page. International returns are processed manually, therefore there is an additional handling fee of 10%.


Amoena breast forms are non-returnable and non-exchangeable but may be covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Once an order has been processed, it may not be canceled. Please request a return once you receive the item back using the return instructions above. We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet our criteria, as stated in the return policy rules and return instructions.
