Exchanges are processed as soon as your original item is shipped back. Store credits are processed as soon as your item reaches the warehouse. Store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used forever. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels for exchanges, and store credits will be generated automatically at customer expense.
In the event that you didn’t receive the item or received the wrong item please contact us immediately. All returns must be processed using our easy return system. If there is a customer error in filling out the form, we can manually process the return but there is a 10% fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To start a return, you'll need to request a return authorization (RA) first. You can do this by visiting our return portal at returns.shapewearusa.com and filling out the return request form, or by contacting us. We can only process your return once you have completed this step. Returns without a prior return authorization will not be processed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
For our international shipping customers, please submit a return request through our contact us page. International returns are processed manually, therefore there is an additional handling fee of 10%.
EXCEPTIONS & PROCESSED ORDERS
Amoena breast forms are non-returnable and non-exchangeable but may be covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Once an order has been processed, it may not be canceled. Please request a return once you receive the item back using the return instructions above. We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet our criteria, as stated in the return policy rules and return instructions.
