I bought this for postpartum use and for when I get my hernias repaired. It's very comfortable and flexible. I can easily wear this all day. I was worried about the opening in the crotch being sized appropriately, but there is plenty of opening for any restroom need. I also love how the straps can adjust and crisscross to hide under any top in wearing and that I can still wear my own bras with it. Would definitely recommend!
The product was delivered super fast and was prefect except my preference was a shorter leg length but it fit perfect and the fact that it had no zipper to use the bathroom was excellent!!

Two weeks before surgery my doctor’s office told me to order a garment from Marena. I’m 2 days past surgery, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m glad that I also ordered from Shapewearusa and Macom. This garment is the best. The side zippers and generous open crotch are much better than the Macom with front hooks and a skimpy crotch. Bonus is that it stays up without the straps. I’m long waisted, and even with the straps let all the way out, they aren’t comfortable. I just ordered the next smaller size for when the swelling decreases. If you are looking for a post lipo garment for belly or back compression, I highly recommend this one.
