Perfect after just having my lipo 360 n bbl...it fits my foams and 360 wrap under it all...i couldve gone for a 1x but I listened to the reviews and went 3 sizes bigger than what I normally am because of the swelling after surgery...but the 3x fit with all my foams n wraps(3 extra inches lol). Im going on my 3rd week and a good majority of my swelling is gone thanks to this post op girdle! Definitely worth the money!
