Quality product. Beautiful. I have conflicting measurements of 27 waist and 38 hips. 5'2 127lbs. I bought M. I like the fact that it has 4 rows of adjustment. The legs are a little loose. I will have to get a small soon.

Great shaper post op. It holds everything right where it needs to be while you heal. It may feel a bit tight at first, but it will soon be just fine. You might consider sizing up if you're using immediately post op.
