Free Returns Coverage

I am a board certified plastic surgeon. I would not recommend this company due to poor communication availability by phone. The “free return” policy is misleading. Shipping charges are one way each time and not as advertised. Returns aand exchanges procedures are confusing with no in person support. Warren Hagan M.D.

Amazing and easy

The returns are not free. I had to pay shipping charges and I had to try three times because every time I send it in I get the wrong size back. I don’t know what’s going on but your size measurement chart is not correct and I just gave up and I’m stuck with a brawl that doesn’t fit after trying three times..
