More expensive but worth it. This piece almost splits completely down the middle making it easier to get it up both legs without getting that little fat pockets sticking out right next your crotch. The opening is big enough to use the bathroom appropriately and I bought my regular size. The length is as shown which was hard for me to find, I'm having lipo on the inside of my knees, inner thighs, low back, and arms and a fat transfer to the breast.
