While it claims to be comfortably zipping up in the front, it is not comfortable at all. The zipper is just fine, but to zip up the bra, you need to first get the hook into a small loop, which is a total pain. I ordered this bra to wear after a mastectomy, and there is no way you can close it while in pain. On top of it, apparently, they don't "offer refunds", only exchanges. So, it was expensive and uncomfortable, and there are no refunds. Not good.

My plastic surgeon recommended this bra after my breast reduction. I bought two extra ones from the doctor’s office and wanted more, so I found it here at a better price. The bra is great for its intended purpose. However, the shipping time says 4-6 days, and it’s been two weeks and still hasn’t shipped. I contacted customer service, and they explained that the high volume of orders prevents them from fulfilling the order as quickly as they should. To me, this is an unprofessional and disappointing excuse. I won’t be recommending or shopping on this website.

Firm hold, yet quite comfortable!

Very comfortable! Overall, I really like it. Wish there was a little more support on the top or adjustable straps.
