I purchased this shaper in beige 4xl I'm 5ft5 220 . The first time I put it on was a real struggle but after one hand wash it seemed to fit much better. I have been wearing it regularly the past 2 months and just bought my second one in black. It does not roll down on my waist the legs don't roll up like so many that I have had before. I'm convinced it takes 15lbs off of me. I can wear it from early morning to evening. Very well made and has a classic look to it. My husband has commented on several occasions that the lace in the panel and on the legs gives it a more appealing look than all of my other shapers I wear. And most important I love how I look in it. I highly recommend this panty girdle its a game changer

I have yet to wear my shapewear for a long period of time, but after I tried it on I felt like it holds everything in place very well.
Crotch opening not nearly large enough. Abdominal edge really cuts into body. I ordered larger than I thought I needed and still not comfortable post-op.
This shaper does just what it says it will! I am 5'6 and 138 lbs with 30 inch waist at the moment. After reading other reviews, I originally ordered the large size and even the XL just in case. They were both too big and too loose fitting to be of any help. The medium fits perfectly and is not too difficult to put on or take off - just don't try to do it in a hurry!!
