I wear this because it is medically necessary. I have only had it 7 days. It is a bit tight in the armpit (Small)but loose around the middle if I get the next size up. I am 5'7" 128 pounds.I think it is well made. The advertised return policy does not work for this brand. that is apparently in the small print somewhere.
