kjc Bought this for post breast surgery compression. I liked that it didn't have seams and that it was longer than the compression vest/bra provided by my surgeon which had a thick elastic band that rode up into my incision area and was painfully uncomfortable. I bought the 2X which was the correct size. Being a larger person and rather round in the belly, I found the lower elastic strap too tight around my abdomen with no adjustability. An adjustable velcro band around the abdomen would have been nice. It also tended to bunch up after sitting. This would probably work well for a thinner person.

Karina Weil I love corsets and am partial to wireless bras, so this vest combines the best of both. Highly recommend.
