I have been wearing this same girdle for many years now and have always enjoyed the look and feel. I like wearing nylon stockings and this is the perfect girdle to complement that
This is very lightweight yet supporting in the way I wanted because my plan is to sleep in it when I have back pain that worsens when I'm on my side. I shopped for a corset but couldn't find one for my short waist. This girdle doesn't make me hot and so it's ok that it covers me from high above my waist and down to my hips. I removed the clasps for if the girdle is used to hold up stockings. I will order another in a smaller size. Be sure to check the sizing because it is not standard. I usually wear 2X clothes but this girdle has to be a 9X in order to get the equivalent size of 2X in other clothing.
